By accessing thebackbonemethod.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms, which govern your use of the Site and the intellectual property it contains. The Site is operated by BoneStructure Oy (Business ID / Y-tunnus: 3615791-5), Espoo, Finland ("we," "us").
 

1. Intellectual property
 

The Site and its contents are owned by BoneStructure Oy. This includes the registered and unregistered trademarks THE BACKBONE METHOD™, and THE SCAN™ together with all text, graphics, diagnostic frameworks, structural models, and written analysis published on the Site (the "Content"). The Content is the original work of BoneStructure Oy's founder, Julia K., and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
 

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, adapt, or commercially exploit the Content, in whole or in part, without our express prior written consent. The diagnostic frameworks, defined conditions, and structural models published on the Site are proprietary and are made available for informational purposes only; their publication does not grant any licence to use them. We reserve all rights not expressly granted, and will enforce our intellectual property rights to the fullest extent available under applicable law.
 

2. No professional advice
 

The Content is provided for informational and diagnostic-demonstration purposes only. It does not constitute professional consulting, legal, or financial advice, and does not create a consultant–client relationship. Such a relationship arises only under a signed bilateral professional services agreement.
 

3. Limitation of liability
 

The Site and its Content are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the Content, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the Site or reliance on the Content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

The Site may link to external platforms, research sources, or professional profiles. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites.
 

5. Changes
 

We may revise these Terms at any time. The version published on this page is the version in force.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction
 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any dispute arising from them or from use of the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Finnish courts, with the District Court of Helsinki as the court of first instance.
